Ruffles

Ruffles have been on the scene for the past year and contiue to be a growing trend.
My opinion on ruffles are that they are just simply romantic, playful, and girlie.
There are ruffles on purses, skirts, blouses, on just about everything. In this post we will look at the endless ways you can wear ruffles.




The ruffled blouse continues to show its way on the runway scene, magazines, and into plus size retail stores. This blouse you can dress this for day and evening.
For the day time you can wear this with a pair of slacks or a printed skirt and very simple accessories. To turn this blouse into an evening outfit you can wear a chic pair of jeans, sexy heels, and big bold earrings.



Ruffles on purses, who would of thought. Yes this purse is very cute but please don't make the mistake of wearing this purse with a shirt with ruffles or a skirt with ruffles. The ruffles are designed to make one statement in the total look.




Other ways ruffles can be worn on skirts as seen in the photo above. This can be paired with just a basic tank or any kind of fitted t-shirt.







Ruffles really makes a statement in a dress, so romantic and whimsical. You just can't go wrong with a ruffle dress.
